2. Eligibility for Refunds

Physical video games must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Digital video games, downloadable content (DLC), and codes are non-refundable, unless they are defective or unused.
  • Pre-owned video games can only be exchanged for store credit, not refunded in cash.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all refund requests.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected, credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit.
  • Refunds for defective digital products may require verification by our technical support team.

4. Exchanges

If the video game you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will exchange it for the same product, or, if unavailable, offer a similar product of equal value.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
