DMCA Notice
When we receive a proper DMCA notice, we will remove or block access to the reported material as required by the DMCA and other laws. Please note that we may share a copy of your DMCA notice, including your contact details, with the person who posted the material.
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can send us a DMCA counter-notice, which should include the following:
- A description of the content removed and where it was originally found.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake.
- Your agreement to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court (or an appropriate court if outside the U.S.) and willingness to accept legal service from the complainant.
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
